The Individual Guarantee Plus (IGPlus) is a new scheme by CGCC that enables borrowers to submit an Expression of Interest to obtain a guarantee of up to USD 10 million.

ESGS is the individual guarantee scheme officially launched from 01 July 2025, after the expiry of the “Business Recovery Guarantee Scheme (BRGS). Rice Export Guarantee Scheme (REGS) of CGCC aims to support rice exporters and millers facing lack of collaterals to pledge loans to financial institutions, especially during the harvest season.
CGCC launched the Women Entrepreneurs Guarantee Scheme (WEGS) in April 2022, aiming to narrow the gap between the supply and demand for financing by providing a higher guaranteed coverage of 80% and a lower guarantee fee for all sectors with favorable credit guarantee features.
