CGCC is under technical and financial guidance from the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and has partnered with various Ministries and relevant authorities for cooperation in improving financial inclusion and develop SMEs in Cambodia.
Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs)
How to Become a PFI?
- Only CGCC’s Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs) can apply for guarantee under CGCC's Guarantee Schemes. Borrowers can obtain CGCC’s guaranteed loan through CGCC’s PFIs.
- To become CGCC’s PFI, Banks and Micro-Finance Institutions (MFIs) need to submit PFI application to CGCC. Details on PFI application can be provided per request through the CGCC’s contact information.
- CGCC will review the application and submit to the Board of Directors for approval.
- After the Board’s approval, Credit Guarantee Agreement shall be signed by CGCC and the selected PFIs.

CGCC is working with various development partners including, ADB, UNCDF, World Bank and others to provide both techincal and financial supports in resolving challenges in the credit market and improving financial inclusion in Cambodia.
