To strengthen solidarity, increase productivity and appreciate all employees for their efforts to support the operation of credit guarantee, CGCC organized an Annual Staff Retreat accompanied by a training program on “Effective Communication Skills” as well as a team building in Koh Sdach, Koh Kong Province from November 29 to December 1, 2024.

Through this program, CGCC management team and staff have the opportunity to get to know each other, have a mutual understanding, and exchange work experiences, as well as increase capacity and additional knowledge of concepts and practices in effective communication skills to enhance the ability to work as a team  which contributes to the effective and efficient operations and development of CGCC in line with the vision of improving the financial inclusion and developing small and medium enterprises in Cambodia.
